Our senior success class visited the city and county buildings. They were able to sit in on a commissioner meeting as well!

The 7th Grade Girls Basketball team concludes their season with a loss to Elgin last evening. Great job ladies on your season and keep working hard!

2/3 vs. Crestline - Boys lost to Crestline - High score was Jayden Reynolds with a 189 and also took high series with a 341. Girls lost to Crestline - High score was Aubrie Smith with a 215 and high series was Faith Brenzo with a 313.
2/6 vs. Elgin - Girls lost to Elgin - High score was Aubrie Smith with a 154 and she also took high series with a 304.
Aubrie Smith and Jayden Reynolds are also up for Marion Star athletes of the week!

This is Erika Bower, Superintendent of Ridgedale Local Schools, where our mission is to empower students to reach their full potential while focusing on learning, safety, partnerships with our community, and fiscal responsibility.
It’s hard to believe it's February already!
The Marion County Spelling Bee will take place on Tuesday, February 14, at Tri Rivers.
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, February 15. Families with students in grades PK-2 are invited to our library night at the Marion Public Library from 6-7pm. Our goal is for all students to have access to the resources at the library, so come let us help you sign up for library card, find books, and do a craft!
Elementary students will participate in Jump Rope for the Heart on Thursday, February 16.
Don’t forget that there is no school on Friday, February 17, as our staff engages in professional development and on Monday, February 20, as we celebrate Presidents’ Day.
Youth baseball and softball sign ups will take place on Tuesday, February 21 from 5-7pm and Saturday, February 25 from 10am-12pm in the elementary cafeteria.
We have a special reminder from Nurse Mosher about the in-school dentist that is coming to the elementary on April 13! Permission forms will be coming home with your student soon. Please fill them out, and return no later than Monday, February 13, if you would like your child seen by the dentist.
Preschool registration is now available for the 2023-24 school year. Information and applications are available on the website.
Kindergarten registration will be held through our Expo! This will be on April 4, from 4-7pm. Please call the elementary to RSVP!

Varsity Girls defeated N. Baltimore 1720 to 1078. High game was Aubrie Smith with a 217. Aubrie also had high series with a 391.
Varsity Boys defeated N. Baltimore 1846 to 1741. High game was Jayden Reynolds with a 209. Jayden also had high series with a 412.
JV Boys defeated N. Baltimore 1390 to 1344. High game was Caden Cusimano with a 194. Caden also had high series with a 269.
