Position: Maintenance Supervisor
District: Ridgedale Local Schools
Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in the safety of our students. The supervisor directs the delivery of district-wide maintenance services; provides technical expertise and manual skill in the inspection, servicing, and repair of the buildings, grounds, equipment, and furnishings; and works with the maintenance and custodial team to ensure workflow is prioritized and facilitated effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in maintenance and repair procedures
Ability to attain CDL B
Effective communication skills
Organizes tasks and manages time efficiently
