Quick Notes & Highlights

  • Over 400 students and 800 attendees overall joined us for our most successful Boo at the Dale ever!
  • Our 3rd-5th grades represented us well at the fall music concert on Wednesday evening.
  • Congratulations to our Students of the Month for October who got to enjoy a pizza lunch with Ms. Warwick.

Important Information

  • Reminder - The fall fundraiser to raise money for the "Principal's Fund" was sent home on Friday. This fund is used to purchase materials and services that enrich our learning and reward our students. Just a few things we have purchased in the past are t-shirts for our Future Rockets, literacy support materials for classrooms, and books to incorporate reading into our music and art programs. Your support helps us provide a positive and well-rounded experience for children. More information is below.
  •  Board policy states bullying is "any intentional written, verbal, electronic, or physical act that a student or group of students exhibits toward another particular student(s) more than once and the behavior both causes mental or physical harm to the other student(s) and is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening, or abusive educational environment for the other student(s)." That's pretty complex, so I always ask the students if it passes the "Moo Test." Unkind behavior is never okay, and when it is targeted and repeated after being asked to stop, it passes the Moo Test. We will do our best to stop bullying here at school, and we appreciate your help at home, too.
