PTO thanks Max Aiir, who allowed PTO to use their facilities at a discounted rate so we could provide free jumping for kids while parents attended the PTO meeting. At the September meeting, members discussed several exciting ways PTO is supporting Ridgedale students and staff. The annual Mum Sale was a success, with 90 students selling 778 items and raising $4,160.55 in profit! PTO is also preparing for upcoming football games and Boo at the Dale on October 28. PTO approved support for several student and teacher needs, including the 5th-grade trip to Franklin Park Conservatory, classroom supplies, books, Student of the Month pizza parties, an attendance incentive program, and a meal for teachers during conferences. The group also heard updates about upcoming school activities, including the October Book Fair and a nonprofit book fair that will provide a book to every child. The next PTO meeting will be Thursday, October 8 at 6:30 p.m. in The Zone at RES.
